Yea! I know it sucks! But all sites got to have some kind of cookie policy, privacy policy, and terms and conditions, however we only got two of these setup currently and that is the cookie policy and privacy policy. I will have to manually write the terms and conditions that is going to be a pain in the tail, but it has to be done.
